As the Information Center, we would like to share with you the collaborations we have established with our publishing partners: Wiley Publishing, SAGE Journals, Cambridge University Press, American Chemical Society (ACS), Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), Oxford University Press, and Springer Nature.
- SAGE Journals
As part of the collaboration, our members who wish to publish in SAGE Choice journals will be eligible for a discounted standard Article Processing Charge (APC) of 200 GBP instead of 2200 GBP. This discount is valid until December 31, 2026. After receiving acceptance for publication, you can contact [email protected] with your article and institution information to initiate the collaboration process.

- Cambridge University Press
Under the Read and Publish agreement, no Article Processing Charges (APCs) will be required for authors affiliated with Kadir Has University who publish in Cambridge University Press journals classified as Hybrid or Gold Open Access.
The agreement is valid until 31 December 2028. Authors must use their institutional email addresses when submitting their manuscripts.
The agreement covers the following article types: research articles, review articles, rapid communications, brief reports, and case reports.
The agreement has been established by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM, and publication approvals are granted by TÜBİTAK. There is no annual article quota under this agreement.

- American Chemical Society (ACS)
For your publications as a corresponding author in ACS journals, no article processing fee (APCs) will be charged within the scope of the “Read and Publish” agreement and the article will be published as open access. Within the scope of the agreement, we have a quota of publishing 4 articles per year from Kadir Has University.
Under the “Read and Publish” agreement, no Article Processing Charges (APCs) will be applied for publications by Kadir Has University authors in ACS journals, and the articles will be published as open access. The corresponding author should select our University via a dropdown menu in their Paragon Plus profile, indicating their affiliation with our institution, and use our University email address in their Paragon Plus profile. The corresponding author will be designated as the contact person during the peer review process for communication with ACS. Authors meeting the specified criteria will be considered “Qualifying Authors.” As a qualifying author, an automatic open-access funding request will be generated upon acceptance of your article, and you will receive a notification from the Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) regarding your funding request. The Journal Publishing Agreement should indicate that your article is within the scope of the open access agreement.

- Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)
Under the “Read + Publish” agreement, no Article Processing Charges (APCs) will be applied for publications by Kadir Has University authors in ACM journals, and the articles will be published as open access. Within the scope of the agreement, Kadir Has University has an annual quota of 3 articles.

- Oxford University Press
Members of Kadir Has University will be able to publish open access, without paying Article Processing Charges (APCs), in the “Full Open Access” and “Hybrid” journals included in the Oxford Journals Online 2026 Journal Collection, for the following publication types: research article, review article, brief report, and case report.
The agreement made by TÜBİTAK covers the 2026–2028 period. If an author whose article is accepted in one of these journals wishes to benefit from the agreement, publication approval will be granted by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM. The agreement includes an annual article quota. If the annual quota is reached, the APC fee must be paid for publication.

- Wiley Publishing
Members of Kadir Has University will be able to publish open access in “Research Article,” “Review Article,” “Data Article,” and “Rapid Publication” types in Wiley Hybrid and Wiley Gold Journals, belonging to Q1 and Q2 groups indexed in Web of Science (excluding Hindawi, a total of 763 journals), without paying the Article Processing Charge (APC). If the author whose article is accepted wishes to benefit from the agreement, the publication will be approved by TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM. There is an annual article quota within the scope of the agreement. If the annual quota is reached, the APC fee for the publication must be paid.
During the article submission process, our members should provide their institutional email addresses with the “…@khas.edu.tr” extension in the application form.

- Springer Nature
Members of Kadir Has University receive Article Processing Fee for “Original Article”, “Review Article” and “Continuing Education” types in the Q1 and Q2 Group Springer Nature Hybrid Journals (922 journals) in the Web of Science (SCI, SSCI, AHCI). They will be able to publish open access without paying Article Processing Charge (APC)
If the author whose article is accepted in the mentioned journals wishes to benefit from the agreement, approval for publication will be given by TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM. Within the scope of the agreement, there is an annual article number quota. If the annual quota is reached, the APC fee for the publication must be paid.
With the pilot application launched in the BMC journals of Springer Nature publishing house, a 75% APC discount will be applied to our country. Thus, our researchers, who published in 62 BMC journals, will pay only 25% of the total APC fee. Please click to access detailed information about applications and journals.
When applying for articles, our members are required to register their corporate e-mail addresses with the extension “…@khas.edu.tr” in the application form.

- Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC
Kadir Has University faculty and staff will be able to publish open access articles in the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) Hybrid and Gold Open Access journals without paying the Article Processing Charge (APC).
The agreement, made with TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), covers the period 2026-2028. If an author whose article is accepted in these journals wishes to benefit from the agreement, approval for publication will be given by TÜBİTAK-ULAKBİM. There is an annual quota for the number of articles published under this agreement. If the yearly quota is reached, the APC fee must be paid.
Our faculty and staff are required to register their institutional email addresses with the extension “…@khas.edu.tr” on the application form when submitting their articles.
