Final Terms Working Hours

During the Final Exam period from January 5 to January 17, the KHAS Library will be open 24 hours a day in all study areas to support your academic success.

To ensure a comfortable study environment for everyone during the exam period, we kindly request your cooperation and support in the following matters:

• Please carry your student ID to enter and exit through the library turnstiles,
• Please refrain from reserving seats by leaving personal belongings on study tables. Items left unattended on tables will be removed to allow other students to use the space,
• If you need help finding a seat, please seek assistance from the library staff,
• Please keep study areas clean and organized,
• Please avoid behaviors that may disturb other users, such as speaking loudly or talking on mobile phones in all study areas,
• Please use spill-proof thermoses and water bottles for beverages,
• Please do not move tables and chairs from their designated places,
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Library (study rooms, staircases, restrooms, etc.) as per Law No. 4207 on the Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Tobacco Products.
• We kindly ask for your support and cooperation with library staff to remind you of these rules.
